Our Team
The MSAC acknowledges the student employees (Ontario Work Study Program), interns, and volunteers who gained valuable experience in fall 2009 by working with MSAC staff on all aspects of gallery operations: Jocelyn Brock, Jodi Campbell, Emily Dickson, Darryn Doull, Ken Field, Patrick Krzyzanowski, Melissa Lamoureux, Sarah MacKinnon, Melissa Mota, Claire Mussar, Mukit Sharif, Andrew Townsend, and Charlotte Weatherby, many of whom will continue at the gallery in winter 2010. We welcome our new team members: Rachel Bender, Margaret Cassidy, Christine DaPonte, Sarah Hughes, Christine Meagher, Marianne Pointner, Jessica Robbins, Avery Shaw, and Vanessa Tignanelli.
Gardenscapes 2010
Planning is underway for the 18th annual self-guided tour of Guelph gardens, organized by the Art Centre Volunteers. Join us on Sunday, June 13 from noon to 6 PM to view extraordinary properties cultivated by local gardeners. Complimentary refreshments will be served at the MSAC, where the gift shop and sculpture park will be open.
Gallery Shop/Art Sales & Rental
Offering original art works by regional artists for sale or rent, as well as Inuit sculpture for purchase. The shop is currently featuring a new selection of works by glass artist Peter Gudrunas and ceramic artist Kayo O’Young, also for purchase. Proceeds from the Gallery Shop/Art Sales & Rental program support art acquisitions. For information, call 519-837-0010.
