Evan Penny, Monad: New Addition to the Sculpture Park

The Art Centre celebrated the beginning of its 20th year and the close of the 20th century with the unveiling of Monad by Toronto artist Evan Penny. The artist generously donated this concrete and steel sculpture that contains a series of life-size portraits based on Penny’s large bronze Mask which has been a prominent feature of the Art Centre’s Sculpture Park since 1989. The sculpture located at the east side of the Park was unveiled on November 1st.
